Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your NARI purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help. You may request a return within [14/30] days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used lash products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
How to return
Email us at jenna.olivieri22@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with the next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within [48 hours / 7 days] of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
