FAQs
What is a Korean lash lift?
A Korean lash lift is a semi-permanent treatment that gently curls and lifts your natural lashes from the root, giving a soft, wide-eyed finish. It enhances the lashes you already have, with no extensions and no glue. The Korean method focuses on a natural, fluttery curl rather than a harsh, fixed shape.
How long does a lash lift last?
Results typically last six to eight weeks, in line with your lashes' natural growth cycle. As older lashes shed and new ones grow in, the lift relaxes gradually and fades softly, rather than all at once.
Is a lash lift safe for my natural lashes?
Yes. When used as directed, our conditioning formulas are designed to protect and nourish your natural lashes, not damage them. The product never touches the skin directly. We always recommend a patch test before first use.
Will a lash lift work on straight or short lashes?
Absolutely. A lift is ideal for straight, downward-pointing, or shorter lashes, as it lifts them upward to create the appearance of length and volume, making your eyes look more open and defined.
Are your products suitable for beginners and professionals?
Both. NARI essentials are developed to professional standards yet designed to be approachable, making them a trusted choice for qualified lash artists and a beautiful starting point for those learning the craft through our training.
Can I wear mascara after a lash lift?
After the first 24 to 48 hours, you can wear mascara if you like, though many people find they no longer need it. Use a gentle, oil-free formula and remove it carefully to keep your curl looking its best for longer.
How should I care for my lashes after a lift?
For the first 24 to 48 hours, keep lashes dry and avoid steam, sweat, and oil-based products. After that, simply brush them daily with a clean spoolie and cleanse gently. Avoiding oil-based removers will help your lift last the full six to eight weeks.
Do you offer lash lift training?
Yes. We offer two beginner courses: a self-paced online course and a one-day in-person training. Both are designed for those new to lashes and cover the full method, from lash theory to lifting, setting, and aftercare. You can explore both on our Education page.
What is the difference between the online and in-person training?
The online course is self-paced and taught through video modules you can revisit any time. The in-person training is a hands-on day with a NARI educator, where you practise on a live model and leave ready to offer the treatment. Both include a certificate of completion.
How long does shipping take, and do you ship internationally?
We offer fast, tracked shipping and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times vary by destination, and you will receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
